Appro’s Cluster Technology Demonstrations at SEG 2004
Posted by Maria McLaughlin, Thursday October 07 2004 @ 08:18PM EDT

Milpitas, CA - October 08, 2004 - Appro (http://www.appro.com), a leading provider of high-performance enterprise computing systems will be showcasing cluster technology demonstrations at the SEG show Denver, CO, October 10-13, 2004.

Appro booth # 2411 -Appro will demonstrate its new Storage Systems working with the Appro HyperBlade Cluster solution featuring server and storage management capabilities. The Appro Storage systems are fully compatible with the Appro HyperBlade Cluster Series providing storage solutions for fast and simple data consolidation to mission-critical, high-performance data center applications. Customers can configure the device as a DAS, NAS or SAN solution that can scale according to their needs. Appro will also announce and present its new compute on demand service allowing customers to tap into high performance computing resources when they need them, where they need them and at a predictable price. In addition, Jim Haig, CEO from Staag Imaging will share how Appro HyperBlade Cluster solutions combined with Staag's new proprietary Reverse-Time Migration algorithm provides the industry a new alternative in depth processing for maximizing imaging accuracy in existing datasets.

Schedule time as follows:
Monday, 10/11/04 from 10:00 - 10:20 am
Tuesday, 10/12/04 from 1:00 - 1:20 pm
Wednesday, 10/13/04 from 10:00 - 10:20 am
