MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., (February 1, 2005)—Silicon Graphics (NYSE: SGI) today announced that software solutions from Scali, a leader in high-performance clustering solutions, will be a featured option for the new SGI® Altix® 1350 and SGI® Altix® Hybrid Cluster. With Scali Manage™ software running on Altix clusters, customers can simplify their cluster management and monitoring, even those that exist in heterogeneous computing environments and run a wide range of applications.
