ClusterVision, specialist in supercomputer clusters, is pleased to announce that Patrice Duffort has joined its European sales force as Manager Germany. Patrice Duffort brings to ClusterVision many years of sales and business development experience in the High Performance Computing (HPC) market.

Patrice has worked in various capacities throughout Europe and the United States. Patrice began his HPC career with Linux Networx (then called Alta Technology) where he held a number of positions in marketing and sales including Director of Strategic Business Development. His most notable achievement is the creation and development of Linux Networx Europe based in Kaiserslautern, Germany, which he led until mid 2004. Prior to joining ClusterVision, Patrice was Director of Sales for Myricom, responsible for EMEA. His sales successes include contracts with Shell, AUDI, Schlumberger, Total, HLRS, IAP, DaimlerChrysler and many other companies, research institutes and universities.
ClusterVision has been active in the German HPC market since 2004 and has installed clusters with many customers. One long-standing ClusterVision customer with several clusters of various size and architecture, is the Max Planck Institute for Biophysical Chemistry.
