Continuing their commitment to providing the highest quality of support possible, PSSC Labs recently opened a depot and support center in Western Europe. PSSC Labs decided to create a depot center in response to the growing number of PowerWulf Clusters installed across Europe. "Our failure rate is so low that we have been able to service all our end users from our California facility," begins Larry Lesser, PSSC Labs CEO. “The opening of a depot center overseas is a proactive step, not a reactive step, to ensuring maximum system uptime." Typical failure rates for PSSC Labs equipment is well under 1%. In addition there have been no reports of a DOA PowerWulf Cluster to date.

The depot and service center will act in conjunction with PSSC Labs North American Headquarters. All service requests will continue to originate at the company headquarters and any shipments from the European depot center will only be accomplished after approval by PSSC Labs Cluster Technicians based in California. Mr. Lesser asserts, "maintaining complete control of our processes is essential to our success. For that reason, PSSC Labs Cluster Technicians serve as our primary support contact and follow the support process all the way through. This guarantees the most immediate resolution to any issue that may occur." If necessary, the European depot center can provide logistic shipping services all over Europe. The goal being more immediate delivery of any failed component to the company’s growing customer base outside of the US.

Asked if this is the first step in opening a PSSC Labs European office, Mr. Lesser explains "Right now the priority is continuing to provide the highest level of support and limit downtime of any PSSC Labs system. Currently, that is the main and only purpose for this depot center." When questioned about opening any other depot centers Mr. Lesser does indicate there may be a need for something similar in the Asia Pacific region. "Our PowerWulf Clusters are really gaining sales momentum overseas. If we need to open other depot centers to keep our systems up and running, then we will. Our superior product quality and almost religious commitment to support are the biggest differentiators for PSSC Labs."
