LinuxHPC.org Newsletter:
Monthly newsletter covering news, information, articles and events in the Linux high performance computing and clustering industry. The newsletter is also used for special announcements. This is a low traffic newsletter.
I typically send one out once a month. Over the last year, 2006-2007 I've taken a break and haven't sent many out. I'll be getting back into the habit of sending one out monthl this summer, 2007.

LinuxHPC Managers List:
This list is intended to be a quick-turnaround peer-to-peer troubleshooting aid for those who administer/manage or develop for Linux clusters. Its primary purpose is to provide the Linux HPC administrator/manager/developer with a quick source of information for time-critical system management or development problems.
Send only Linux HPC and clustered systems management questions and summaries to the linuxhpc-managers list. Include your return address in the body of your message so people can reply directly to you. Do NOT send messages in MIME or HTML format. We consider those formats bandwidth abusive.
Summary of the LinuxHPC Managers Charter and Rules
Failure to adhere to these guidelines may result in severe chastisement by the list maintainer and other list participants. Repeat offenders will be removed from the list. Retain a copy of this statement and refer to it before submitting messages to the list or the list administrator.
If it is not technical and specifically related to linuxhpc management, then it does not belong on this list. Requests for vendor recommendations are tolerated, provided that the hardware in question is something that system managers normally purchase. Discussions on any off-topic subject are very strongly discouraged and will not normally be tolerated.
Unsolicited Commercial email (UCE), also known as "SPAM", is, of course, not allowed. If you receive an inappropriate message via the list, feel free to complain to the originator or the originator's service provider. Do not post complaints to the list.
This list is not moderated! Every message that is sent to the list will be passed on to every member of the list (with a few small exceptions).

If you have problems or questions contact the list administrator.
Please...Think before you send a message! Ask yourself "is this really appropriate?" There are enough other newsgroups and mailing lists around to cover the marginal topics. Perhaps there is another forum that is more appropriate.
